Yesterday I read that South Africa is not exempt from this problem and that local priests have faced allegations of various kinds of sexual misbehaviour and Johannesburg's Archbishop Buti Tihagale says if no major scandal has yet broken that is simply because the media is focused elsewhere.

And today, the 30th of April 2010, just a day later, a major scandal seems to have broken. Head lines of major South African newspapers read like this:

Germans didnít warn local church: Sex pest priest dumped in South Africa.

Paedo priest dumped in South Africa. Abuse allegations include fondling in parish sauna and pornography.

A Catholic priest now based in Johannesburg allegedly used alcohol, drugs, sex toys and a parish sauna while molesting boys in Germany. And, when the allegations surfaced, the Catholic diocese in Germany shipped apparently him off to South Africa, without apparently informing the local church of the allegations against him.

The priest, it is alleged, victimised young boys in the German city of Aachen until 2007, but the church did not follow up on the claims.

A pastor and parishioners apparently made the diocese aware of the priestís sexual activities, but it did not take action, other than to send him to South Africa. It did not inform the Johannesburg parish of the complaints either.

In South Africa he now stands accused of abusing boys of the St Bonifatius Church parish in Randburg, Johannesburg.

Georg Kerkhoff faces charges of abuse in the Brits Magistrates Court and appeared in court last month.

Kerkhoffís case in South Africa has been postponed until June.

Another news item reads like this: Church abuses alleged. Vienna: An Austrian group says 260 people have called its hotline since March 23 to report incidents of alleged abuse by clergy or employees of institutions run by the Catholic Church. Of the callers, 70 percent were men and 30 percent women. It says 58 percent of male callers and 40 percent of female callers reported sexual abuse, with the rest reporting physical or verbal abuse.

Here is another: Sexual Mistreatment Scandal. Catholic abuse hotline overrun amid new allegations. A hotline set up by the Catholic Church in Germany to counsel victims of sexual abuse was overrun on its first day, with almost 4,500 calls. Further allegations have continued to emerge even as Chancellor Angela Merkel says the church is taking ďnecessary measures.Ē

And here some headlines:

The Fallibility of the Infallible Pope.

Abuse in the Church: The Demons of Pope Benedict XVI.

Catholic Abuse Scandal: Obscene Graffiti Daubed on Popeís German Birthplace.

Catholic Abuse Scandal: Was Munichís Vicar General forced to serve as Ratzingerís scapegoat?

The Bishopís Silence: German abuse victim accuses Catholic Church of failing to investigate.

On the 28th of January 2010 I read for the first time about the present abuse scandal. It was about the Berlin Canisius College in Germany run by Jesuits where teachers abused students. I mentioned this in my first entry about this scandal on the 10th of March 2010. So this scandal is now going on for a quarter of a year and during these three months one sometimes had the idea that it would slowly disappear from the headlines but this does not seem to be the case.

The reason we are dealing here with this event is the existence of a prophecy from Bertha Dudde which deals with what it calls a spectacle and which will be the evidence that we can believe these prophecies from Bertha Dudde and that we therefore also can accept as truth what God is teaching us through the transmission of his word.

The prophecy says that time will confirm that the mistake is to be sought there where truth is to be represented and that God will destroy that what is opposed to God and that this spectacle directs the attention of all to him and that this mistake is getting exposed, that a throne collapses that seemed to be secure and that we then are to pay attention to what we will hear because it will inform us about much and that it will shake the faith of many men that otherwise do not listen to reason but that it can be exceedingly good for their souls because they can reach the truth that way and that splendour and pomp will vanish because what God sends to men destroys the outward appearance and only he who has the core him will nothing be able to rob the faith. He will certainly see all outward appearance go to ruin but in the heart he will call only God and him God will help so that men are to recognize how God blesses the good will of those who see in God their father and therefore only fulfil his will.

Read the prophecies yourselves. They can be found in my entrance dated 2010 March 10.

Mankind will experience a great spiritual shockwave. God will shake a rock Ė a structure that has established itself on Godís word. And when the foundation is rocked the whole structure will cave in. And that is what we now seem to observe. Then men will no longer fear any power behind which they imagine God. It is an earth-shattering event that however has a spiritual cause and is to have spiritual impact.
