Only through my word the first created being recognized itself, and it also recognize me; it was at all through my word, through the expression of me myself, only able to recognize itself as a being; it was able to coin its own thoughts, but which were again only supplied to it by me myself, which were the word spoken by me in it, which expressed our belonging together. Bertha Dudde:

In the beginning was the word.

16. June 1952. B.D. NR. 5414.

In the beginning was the word and it will be until all eternity, for the word am I myself, I who am without beginning and without end and nevertheless spoke out the word in the beginning of all that, what was put out of me, in which my power expressed itself. For that, what I created, my word sounded, i.e., it heard my address in it; it recognized its ability to think; it could exchange with the same created, and that, what became alive in it as thought, was my word, the transfer of my will, of my knowledge and of my love for the entity, which had taken its start in me.

I was from eternity; for me there was no restriction; out of me unimaginably light and power radiated, but my word, the expression of the fullness of my thoughts, found no echo, because except me there was no entity, which was able to receive that flowing out of me, which as it were formed the resonance for my word, but which again could have been nothing else than as I was myself, because otherwise it could not have been able to bear the love glow radiating out of me.

Therefore the act of the creation of a being equal to me was a need according to my original nature, for love, the epitome of my nature, wanted to give, make happy, give away the power possessing it. And love therefore created a vessel for itself into which it could flow. My love created a being, in the same perfection, and now I expressed myself, by me transferring my will, my thinking and my love upon this being, and the transferring of that, what had its origin in me, was my "word." I myself went into that being created by me, and this being could now think, want and act like me, because my word instructed it, because my nature found itself again in this being created by me.

In the beginning was the word. For I was the creating power, which could create beings according to my image; I was the original centre, which radiated out its power into infinity and could utilize it according to its will. The "giving" principle in me therefore longed for a "receiving" being to be able to make it happy. But this being had to be able to recognize me, and I revealed my identity to it through my word which was the same as my love radiation, which gave life to the created; which enabled it to work as freely put out entity in wisdom and power to recognize me myself and to also carry my will in it out of this cognition. For the word is the coined thought, which goes out from me and is imparted to the being and which determines it to its work.

The word was in the beginning. Only the by me created needed the word, the transmission of my thoughts in form to be received by the being, through which it now remained in constant contact with me and also in constant happiness. And since that by me called into life can no longer pass in eternity, so also my word will not pass. It will always be the expression of me myself to my creatures; it will never ever be changed heaven and earth will pass, but my word will remain until all eternity. Amen.
