The sun is not the cause of either light or heat, but merely the focus, or, as we might say, the lens, by which the rays of the primordial light become materialized, are concentrated upon our solar System, and produce all the correlations of forces. Read more:

I quote John 20:22:

And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost:

A good way to practice the presence of God in one’s life is to take a conscious breath and think about God at the same time.

It is an act of will where we connect with God and we can use verse 22 of John 20 to help us to imagine the effect of this act:

And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost.

When we take this conscious breath we think of the Holy Spirit and we think how he enters our body and fills it and also our soul with light.

And this increase of light in us causes us to ascend.

It prepares us for the rapture.

We consciously prepare ourselves for the rapture and this rapture must not necessarily be the rapture at the end of this redemption period when the unbelievers experience the fall into the abyss and the saints are raptured away from earth to be rescued from the destruction of the surface of the earth. This could be a personal rapture which allows us to may be carrying on living on earth but to also having the alternative of leaving it temporarily or permanently.

We could therefore combine several things into one practice. We practise the presence of God and we receive the Holy Ghost and we breathe it in consciously and we also feel the vibrations of our body and even move these waves of vibrations around in our body. And at the same time we grow our body and our soul with full intent so that we prepare for this ascent.

I bring two quotes from a book with the title "The Awakening Letters," edited by Cynthia Sandys and Rosamond Lehmann:

. . . see yourselves as beings of light. In this way you will draw the light elements into your physical body, and prepare for the change over from physical to etheric. Take a few moments each day, preferably just as you wake and before you go to sleep, but any time of the day when you are waiting for someone or something. Sit still and draw light into your lungs and heart and brain – just light. After you have done this several times you may begin to feel the physical is less heavy to move. Douglas says this is very important and could be the start for the sense of weightlessness which we all yearn for as we grow old and heavy in the physical body. I remember it so well.

One last word. Please learn to live more with the moon! When the sky is clear look at the moon, and at night draw consciously from that pale, lovely light which you will soon begin to identify as a subtle vibration of its own. Let it enter your earth body and draw in a deep breath and send it consciously all over your body, lungs, heart and brain. I will give you other centres of power later. Just try to absorb moon power into these three organs.

And now we come to the sun and to the light of the sun and where the light of the sun actually comes from.

So-called science tells us about The Sun’s energy-producing fusion reactions and the writings of Jakob Lorber tell us about where the energy of the sun really comes from, jl.ev10.159,06, and today I read about this source of energy that comes from the sun in a document that is described as reporting about "mystical" things, and there it is also stated that the energy of the sun does not come from the inside of the sun but that this fire of the sun is not cause of either light or heat but merely the focus by which the rays of the primordial light become materialized, are concentrated upon our solar system.

Here comes what I read today, a quote from H.P. Blavatsky’s "The Secrete Doctrine", Volume 1, page 519:

Light from its metaphysical aspect was fully treated of in "Isis Unveiled": -

"Light is the first begotten, and the first emanation of the Supreme, and Light is Life, says the Evangelist and the Kabalist. Both are electricity – the life principle, the anima mundi, pervading the universe, the electric vivifier of all things. Light is the great Protean magician, and under the divine will of the architect, or rather the architects, the "Builders" (called One collectively), its multifarious, omnipotent waves gave birth to every form as well as to every living being. From its swelling electric bosom, spring matter and spirit. Within its beams lie the beginnings of all physical and chemical actions, and of all cosmic and spiritual phenomena; it vitalizes and disorganizes; it gives life and produces death, and from its primordial point gradually emerged into existence the myriads of worlds, visible and invisible celestial bodies. It was at the ray of this First mother, one in three, that "God," according to Plato, "lighted a fire which we now call the sun," and which is not the cause of either light or heat, but merely the focus, or, as we might say, the lens, by which the rays of the primordial light become materialized, are concentrate upon our solar System, and produce all the correlations of forces."
