This former KGB officer is no godless communist but a believing Christian who fights against western decadence. President Reagan once called the Soviet Union a centre of evil in the world. President Putin indicated that Obama’s America could earn this title in the 21st century. Read more:

Today I read an article about Obama’s politics and bring some extracts from it und after that some remarks.

Here the extracts:

Ukraine crisis

Also in America there are Putin friends and enemies

Similarly as in Germany also in the USA opinions differ when it is about the evaluation of the Russian events. Also there the frontlines do not run between right and left.

Leon Wieseltier laments in his youngest column what he calls the tiring futurism of Obama. The problem there is: “The president feels bothered by history.” That is why his government leaves one nation after the other to its fate, among them the Ukrainians: “Obama’s impatience in the face of history has made him patient towards evil.” Wieseltier notes desperately: “The only country that is checked through America’s politics of checking is America.”

He calls Obama an epigone of Henry Kissinger and closes with the observation: “Our allies do not trust us. Our enemies do not fear us.”

Bolton writes under the heading “Nato is still the answer” in the conservative “Weekly Standard” actually the same – only in a tone that is coarser by several degrees.

Pleasurably Bolton reminds that Obama admonished both sides already as presidential candidate when Russian troops marched in Georgia. He reminds of the reset button, which his government presented to the Kremlin. He reminds of how Obama dismantled the missile defence systems in Poland and the Czech Republic. He asks: Would Putin dare to do this what he does today when we would have admitted Georgia 2008 into Nato as suggested by George W. Bush.

And shouldn’t we just now offer the Ukraine membership in Nato? “Obama’s weakness has created a vicious circle,” Bolton writes in the end. “The fears of the Europeans supply Obama with an excuse for doing nothing, and the failure of the American leadership has as a result that the Europeans hesitate even more finding an effective answer.”

Should one now conclude by this that there are no longer parties in America, only still people, who – on the left as on the right – loathe Vladimir Putin? Not at all because there is also Stephan Cohen, professor emeritus of the University of Princeton and of the New York University: an acknowledged expert in Stalinism who has by now made himself a name as Putin’s man in America.

In the left journal “The Nation” he writes it is a legend that Putin’s Russia operates aggressive politics – on the contrary “we”, therefore the Americans, have not left him any other choice by them surrounding Russia with Nato states. And the Crimea has belonged to the Russian state for as long as anyone can remember.

Cohen, who was interviewed by the America TV station CNN, found support with among others Newt Gingrich, the Republican politician, who was once the nemesis of Bill Clinton in the House of Representatives. Gingrich said: “Europe and America have much contributed that this crisis arose.” And Rudy Giuliani, New York’s former mayor, also a Republican, praised in television Putin’s leadership qualities.

Then there is still Patrick Buchanan. Buchanan is an extreme conservative man – he calls himself as a palaeo conservative.

Buchanan believes further that America is in the process of cultural decline since it has said goodbye to Christianity and is no longer lead by white, Anglo Saxon, protestant men. Logically Buchanan now asks in a blog entry: “It Putin one of us?”

He has noticed that this former KGB officer is no godless communist but a believing Christian who fights against western decadence. “President Reagan once called the Soviet Union a centre of evil in the world. President Putin indicated that Obama’s America could earn this title in the 21st century. And he could be right when we think about America’s support of abortion by demand, of homosexual marriage, of pornography and promiscuity and in general the entire palette of values imparted by Hollywood.”

So those were extracts and now remarks.

The three phases of Obama are first deception and causing of conflict and second set-back and third brutal rule.

We are now in the first phase and what Leon Wieseltier and John Bolton express shows that they are victim of Obama’s deception. That it is exactly what Obama tries to achieve with his deception, causing discord. He can only score – as he does not have any constructive abilities – when he is active destructively, when he succeeds in igniting conflict through his apparent inability because the activists think Obama would let them do it, which he then uses for his aims and destroys the activists.

The above list of opinions quite nicely reflects that the change from Moscow to Washington has not been understood by many. Moscow no longer is the centre of evil in the world. This role is now played by Washington.

And Berlin is again front city. As then East Berlin was the front city of Moscow so now the united Berlin is the front city of Washington, the centre of evil in the world.

The job of Ulbricht and Honecker has now been taken over by Merkel.
