The winners of the Kiev dispute immediately started with extensive political reforms, which went far beyond the framework stipulated by the agreement. But at the same time they ignored the fundamental will of millions of citizens of the South East Ukraine. They not only contravened against the agreement of the 21st of February several times, but also against the constitution. Read more:

Yesterday we had 2014 Mar 03 – Ms Merkel, the more independent vassal of Obama and today I read articles according to which one could actually call Ms Merkel a co-helper of a putsch.

Ms Merkel seems to develop into the best fighter for Obama.

These articles, or extracts from them, now follow:

Putin: Ukraine has undergone unconstitutional putsch

Settling of the crisis in the Ukraine

The Russian president described the youngest events in the Ukraine as an unconstitutional putsch and as an armed seizure of power.

"That what happened in Kiev and in the Ukraine altogether – for that only one assessment can exist: This was an unconstitutional putsch and an armed seizure of power", he said on Tuesday before journalists in his suburban residence Nowo-Ogarjowo.

"No-one disputes this", he added.

"Are today’s authorities legitimate? The parliament – partly yes, all others – not. And of the legitimacy of the incumbent president one cannot speak at all", so Putin.

Ukraine

No deal without Yanukovych

The agreement negotiated in the Ukraine was not kept to. Also a new government in Kiev must grant concessions for a solution.

The agreement signed on the 21st of February by the leaders of the Ukrainian opposition and President Yanukovych was supposed to serve as a compromise between the opposing parties. It was supposed to end the three months lasting intensified social conflict and reach a stabilizing of the situation in the Ukraine. But the so-called implementation of this agreement then only corresponded with the interests of one side: the opposition. This was caused by the precarious situation in Kiev and the western regions after the bloody events on the 20th of February (undoubtedly a preliminary enquiry under inclusion of international experts should be instituted).

The winners of the Kiev dispute immediately started with extensive political reforms, which went far beyond the framework stipulated by the agreement. But at the same time they ignored the fundamental will of millions of citizens of the South East Ukraine. They not only contravened against the agreement of the 21st of February several times, but also against the constitution from the year 2004, which was again introduced at the same day through parliament.

The most fatal violation was to remove President Yanukovych from office without him having resigned or that there was a formal impeachment charge. His successor Alexander Turtschinow has certainly reached the office of the speaker of parliament on a legitimate way, but he had no right to take over the authorities of the president of the country.

Consequently also parliament did not have the legitimation to appoint the defence and the foreign minister, as well as determining among others the general prosecutor, the chairman of state security, the governors, the putting together of the council for national security and defence and to dismiss almost all constitutional judges. Turtschinow has no right to take over the office of the highest commander of the Ukrainian army and the chairman of the council for national security and defence before the removal from office of Yanukovych. The leaders of the opposition (and therefore also right wingers belonging to them) have concentrated the entire state power in their hands.

As it is to be expected after such development the south east of the country now expressed – even so with some delay – still considerable dissatisfaction with the new government. Russia interfered to show the Russian speaking people their support, and threatened with military intervention in the Ukraine.

And now still a further report:

Ukraine crisis: Cherson, Nikolajew and Odessa want to join the Crimea

The Ukrainian cities Cherson, Nikolajew and Odessa want to join the Crimea. The deputy Crimea parliament president Sergej Zekow announced this by telephone on Monday to RIA Novosti.

So Obama seizes power, first in his own country, and then in one other country after the other. And Ms Merkel is eagerly helping him.

He does it just like Hitler. But he does it much more intelligently. Hitler used military power, but Obama does it without firing one shot.
