In the following I bring an extract from a discussion between the known Abedam and the high Abedam.

The discussion comes from Jakob Lorberís work Die Haushaltung Gottes (The household of God), and there from the second volume and Chapter 73. They are the five verses jl.hag2.073,24 to jl.jag2.073,28.

The known Abedam was an elder who lived with Adam and the high Abedam was God, who visited his children in the form of a man. The whole thing happened when Adam was 920 years old, therefore 920 years after Adamís creation.

Here now the quote:

^   24
But so that you completely see the great stupidity of your question, and that is at one go, so tell me out of yourself: What are then basically all the created things?«

^   25
Here the known Abedam wondered and finally said: »Now look, as much as I know through you, you dear, holy father, there they are after all merely nothing else but only alone held on thoughts out of you!«

^   26
And the high Abedam replied to this: »You have answered well; but then tell me also in addition whether I must draw them in, like a snail draws in its horns, when I want to approach you children like now and step before the face of all of you!«

^   27
Here the known Abedam wondered still more Ė and remained silent.

^   28
The high Abedam asked him once more: »And when you have thoughts at the top and at the bottom and all kinds of desires out of these your thoughts, tell me, when were these still a hindrance that because of them you could not approach someone?! And still exactly these your inner thoughts are your inner spirit world itself; and when you think of somebody then he is already with you in the spirit!«

Here we hear something about that God can be everything and can still appear as man. He can keep everything, also all created things, with his held on thoughts out of himself, and can still manifest himself like one of his created beings and can behave like a completely normal man.

And here we also hear again something about time and space; that these exist just in the material world, not in the spiritual one. In our inner spirit world, in the spiritual world, we can think of somebody, also of somebody who has died a long time ago, and he is already there, and he is already with us in spirit. He does not need to overcome time and he does not need to overcome space.

But I am actually here after something else. God confirms the reply of the known Abedam that all created things are after all merely nothing else but only alone held on thoughts out of God.

And God says that he does not have to retract these his held on thoughts like a snail, like a snail must do it when it comes across a hindrance. The sending out of the held on thoughts happens quite automatically.

And we were made in Godís image, after his likeness, and also we create our world with our held on thoughts. And we do it quite automatically and it happens through our inner self, our subconscious.

A description of this can be found in 2012 Feb 02 Ė The nature and construction of matter.

The fact that the created things are after all merely nothing else but only alone held on thoughts out of God, was therefore known to men of primeval time, at least to those who were not spiritually dead. And it was still known to a man like Plato, the Greek, only at that time this knowledge started to get lost to the general public and was then only known to such people who did not allow themselves to be impressed by the general public. But there were always spiritual alive people who have known this, and Jakob Lorber is just an example of this.
