Today, on the 27th of January 2013, I found the the philosophers’ stone.

The philosophers’ stone is a symbol and a great landmark of returning obedience through true remorse.

This is an impressive definition.

I found it today.

Whenever we return to obedience, through true remorse, then we have found the philosophers’ stone.

When a man is obedient, then he is like the philosophers’ stone.

When a man is not obedient, then he is like the fog, as pure outward intellectual.

The philosophers’ stone is something like a diamond, a transparent stone, a solid ray stone, equal to Thummim, which is a symbol and a great landmark of returning obedience through true remorse.

Through obedience, through obedience through true remorse, we become the philosophers’ stone.

Through disobedience we become fog. When we become fog, then all kinds of winds come and push and frighten us from all sides.

The pressure of life makes rain out of the fog and out of this water of the rain a lake and in the deep of life, in the deep of this lake, the pressure produces a new stone, a stone of life and of true wisdom has been shaped in us, and that is the so-called philosophers’ stone, which the world will never be able to find, nor will ever find.

And what is obedience? We are obedient when we unite with God and when we unite with his love. When we obey the felt demands of the spirit and therefore unite light with love, then we become children of love full of wisdom through this, full of God’s pleasure and children full of eternal life.

And what is disobedience? Disobedience is when we, in impertinence, become disloyal to our most inner love out of God in us. Our love has then withdrawn.

The definition of the philosophers’ stone comes from Seth. Seth, Genesis 5:17, is the third son of Adam. Seth made a speech in the presence of Adam. Seth was then about 800 years old and Adam about 930 years, therefore close to the end of his life. It was the high point of spiritual development of these people who lived around Adam and kept away from worldly people. Enoch, who was about 308 years old at that time, was spiritually the most advanced man, and was acknowledged as such by the patriarchs. Enoch then still lived about 57 years, got 365 years old and was raptured, Genesis 5:24. The speech was made about 3244 before Christ.

The cause of the speech was disobedience. Some youngsters had undertaken the attempt to travel to Enoch. Enoch was then the centre of the worldly people. Enoch was the city which Cain had built, Genesis 4:17.

Here now the entire Chapter 69 of Volume 1 of the work Die Haushaltung Gottes (The household of God) by Jakob Lorber. He wrote it 1841 and I read it today:

And see, as the children had heard such a speech out of the mouth of Adam, there they hit themselves upon the chest and cried earnest tears of remorse that they could hardly be calmed. Because they now well realized what they had lost; but they saw no way to receive back the lost and believed already to be completely judged.

^   jl.hag1.069,02
But when Adam saw their earnest remorse he said to Seth: »Hear my beloved son, rise, open your mouth, and give fresh heart to them full of peace and love towards Jehovah! Amen.«

^   jl.hag1.069,03
And Seth soon rose and started to make the following very memorable speech, namely saying: »Hear, children, you who cry there in front of our eyes and ears just tears of remorse! Our God and holy father is certainly a most just Lord but also a most loving father full of mercy. Think, that we can commit no act, which could trouble God as God and be repugnant to him; because which difference would it basically be to destroy a sun dust particle or a world?!

^   jl.hag1.069,04
In respect of God both the one as the other is a pure nothing, as also all of us together are nothing against him. But how could or wanted nothing commit something to nothing, that there would be something in consideration against God,

^   jl.hag1.069,05
likewise it also does not concern us what the almost completely invisible little animals do under a decaying most small little leave, which a silent breeze kidnapped from the moss and had it fall into the ocean with a drop of dew hanging on to it! However this comparison is almost no comparison against that how infinite times much less an entire world including us is against God. And so are we and all our doings and leavings so much as nothing against God.

^   jl.hag1.069,06
But hear! Exactly this God then has one thing, which concerns him very much, and this one is exactly his own, eternal love itself, through which we and all things for our sake – have come into being. Through and in this love God is our father and we his children. In this his love the most unimportant concerns him like the largest of all in the same care; and so also his unmistakable divinity and fatherly love announces itself with this love care in all things.

^   jl.hag1.069,07
Therefore for the love of God it also makes a difference how we act, whether so or so. When we however consider love to be independent, then this is also such that it is blind against all acts of its children like a most tender mother against her infant; but alone God would not be God without love, and love without God would be no love. And so God and his love are one being and God is powerful in his love and love holy through God. And therefore this united God is altogether and completely our most loving, most holy father, as we are completely his children according to his image, because also we have a heart and in it a spirit of love, as in our entire being a living soul full of intellect, that also there the intellect is equal to the nature of God for itself and the love of the spirit in the heart with its free will equal to the love in God. And when a being comes into existence out of the soul and out of the spirit through free will, then also we are therefore completely similar to God in everything and therefore just his children.

^   jl.hag1.069,08
But as God is for us only God in love and our most loving, holy father, so can also we only become his children in love. But the uniting of God with his love is equal to obedience. When we now in our impertinent intellect obey the felt demands of the spirit and therefore unite light with love, so through it we become children of love full of wisdom, full of God’s pleasure and children full of eternal life.

^   jl.hag1.069,09
Now therefore see, dear children: Because in the impertinence of the intellect you have become disloyal to your innermost love out of God in you, so you became disobedient in your soul as your sanctuary, so also to love in God. Your love then has withdrawn; you just lived in your soul striving for outer expansion (if it would be possible into infinity). Now judge yourselves and say, what would be more solid: a fog expanding to all sides, even when its fleeing largeness shrouds entire areas of the world, or a small, round stone, transparent like a drop of dew! See, in this also lies the reason of your fear and the reason of your blindness!

^   jl.hag1.069,10
Is not the little stone therefore solid, that no-one is able to crush it and resists every storm, every pressure, every blow?! Yes, you certainly saw the tiger suddenly tearing a powerful bull limb from limb into small pieces, but really, would this tiger have bitten into such little stone, hardly as big as an egg, it would have finished his most severe weapon! And when it would have devoured it as a whole, then it would have devoured its death, and in its decomposition the little stone would have remained unscathed!

^   jl.hag1.069,11
See children, man in his obedience is like this little stone, - but like the fog as pure, outer intellectual! But does it not happen, when winds press fog to fog, drops of water become of it, and when several and many of such drops flow together, come to a lake in the end?! But when the huge heaviness of the mass of water presses itself very much in the deep, then its parts finally seize themselves under such a pressure and form a transparent stone, which then is a solid ray stone, the same with Thummim, which is the symbol and a great landmark of the returning obedience through true remorse.

^   jl.hag1.069,12
See, you have become fog through your disobedience! But now came all kinds of winds and pushed and frightened you from all sides. You felt the pressure and cried tears of pain. See there is the rain! But it is not enough that you became water like the individual drops, but you had to become a lake in your remorse. You have now become this. It now certainly presses you more than earlier in the deep of your life; but see and hear and grasp well: Just through this present last pressure your twofold life has seized itself again like the particles of water, and in you a new stone of life and of true wisdom has formed itself in you. For that reason be happy and full of cheerful courage; because we did not come to destroy you, but that you turn into a new life in true love towards God, our most holy father. Amen.«

^   jl.hag1.069,13
(NB. Listen, that is the so-called philosophers’ stone, which the world will never be able to find, even more will ever find!)

So man in his obedience is like this little stone - the philosophers’ stone, the symbol and a great landmark of the returning obedience through true remorse.

When we are loyal to our innermost love out of God in us, we become obedient in our soul as our sanctuary, also to love in God, then we are really alive.

We are then loyal to the spirit in us. We are led by the spirit.
