2010 August 15
One news item reports about the accusation of the German justice minister, Sabine Leutheusser-Schnarrenberger, that the Vatican has been hindering the reappraisal of the scandals about sexual abuse. She stated a directive of the Faith Congregation of 2001, which was drawn up by cardinal Joseph Ratzinger before his appointment as pope and according to which also severe cases of abuse should first be subject to papal secrecy and not to be passed on to authorities outside of the church. Three days ago, on 12th August 2010, I quoted from news reports covering the abuse by the priest Neil Gallanagh, who abused deaf boys. The abuse of deaf boys through priest had become very prominent through the case of the priest Stephen Kiesle in the USA. Joseph Ratzinger had resisted the unfrocking of him by signing a letter which basically stated that the protection of the church is much more important than any unfrocking and that the church must look well after such criminals.
I quoted the following two passages:
Gallanagh, who currently lives in a flat "under the observance of the church" and has been financially supported by the Church with a retirement grant, was moved to the school in 1973 despite having been fined for assaulting a nine-year-old boy 13 years earlier on the Isle of Man, while he was a priest in Northern Ireland.
In the letter, Cardinal Ratzinger – who was at the time the head of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, which has responsibility for tackling abuse by clerics – said the "good of the universal Church" needed to be considered in any unfrocking. He also urged "as much paternal care as possible" for Kiesle.
And while I was still working on this material, it gave me the impression, that the Catholic Church is a club for the advancement of child abusers and that child abusers head for this institution in order to comfortably commit there their crimes and when they are found out and sentenced by worldly authorities, then they will be looked after by this institution and financially supported and pampered. The reason is not only that that church wants the “good of the universal church” and therefore covers up such crimes but that many of its leaders are committing the same crimes and therefore want this institution to remain intact and working so that they can continue to gratify their lusts and to also be cared for when the police is after them and after they have been prosecuted by worldly authorities.
So the main aim is to provide a platform for child abusers, an institution that gives them easy access to their victims and at the same time gives them income, a good income, and honour and respect, and allows them to wear fancy and dramatic clothing, celebrate voodoo ceremonies, and impress young people, and others as well, and to provide a framework were it is quite difficult for worldly law enforcement agencies to get access to and to investigate, simply because it is just not done to go to the police and lay a charge against a priest. Priests are above the law and therefore protected.
And once they are unlucky and get sentenced, then they know for sure that they can nicely continue as they are then send to another place where their crimes are unknown and where they then can immediately carry on committing their atrocities. An ideal institution for the advancement of paedophiles.
Already at the very beginning of the abuse scandal the German minister of justice had accused the pope of partial responsibility for the abuses. My entry of the 10th of March 2010:

Observing the conduct of Joseph Ratzinger one cannot prevent the impression that he himself might be a child abuser and a revelation in this direction might come as no surprise.
The prophecies say that this institution is firmly part of the regiment of Antichrist and therefore one can expect anything.
All this reminds me of the reports coming through Jakob Lorber about the atrocities of the clergy at the time of Jesus and what they did in and around the temple in Jerusalem. The killing of the father of John the Baptist is just one of the examples. The climax was then the killing of God and now, 2000 years later, the same will be attempted again, Antichrist and his regiment are very busy to stamp out all believe in God.
